30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We stand behind the quality of Veloa and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  In the same condition as received (unopened, unused)
  In its original packaging
  Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How Returns Work

  1. Contact Us – Email us at contact@veloaskin.com  to start your return.

  2. Receive a Prepaid Label – If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Ship It Back – Send the product back using the label provided.

  4. Get Your Refund – Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.


Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items? We’ll Make It Right.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we’ll resolve it at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened or used beauty products
  Sale items or gift cards
  Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

If you want to swap for a different product, we recommend:

  1. Placing a new order for the desired item.

  2. Returning the original product for a refund.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be in the same, unused condition with original packaging.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a full refund within 5-10 business days. If you haven’t received it within 15 business days, contact us at contact@veloaskin.com
